Best implementation:

The application will be very useful with a combination of at least one wall-mounted monitor display and an additional tablet or computer with a modern internet browser (Google Chrome is preferable). In an extreme case it can also run off a single IOS or Android phone, or any computer. If you have a large facility or a large number of personnel, you might want to have more wall-mounted displays, so your personnel can look at what's going on without having to move to any specific location. If you have plenty of rooms, you might want to have a tablet mounted at the entrance of every area to make it easier to check subjects in and out of the locations by different staff members.

Required

• Fees: You will pay an initial, one-time setup fee ($1,200 for an average single-facility site with 200 locations or less). We will set up all your custom locations and create as many user accounts as you need. After that, you will only pay $15/month per device connected to the application (displays, computers, tablets and phones) for as long as you use the application (about $300 monthly on an average site with 20 devices) There won't be any additional charges or fees and no limits on the amount of subjects you can track or on the amount of time you can use the application.
• Devices: You will need at least one modern phone to run the application although a computer or tablet is recommended. Depending on your location size and layout, you will benefit from the use of extra equipment such as wall-mounted displays (you can find them in the $600 range). You can use $100 Android tablets (IOS is supported as well) and any computer that has a modern internet browser.
• Internet Access: You will need to have internet connectivity, unless you are running an internal server and database and your additional facilities, if any, are connected via MPLS, intranet, or similar technology.
• Seats: On a typical facility you might have a Reception area with 15 or more seats, some Consenting, Exam, Lab or Post Rooms and a Conference Room. The simplest version of the application will can accommodate up to 200 locations of your liking (let's say, 50 Reception seats, 5 Consenting, 5 Exams, 10 Labs, etc., customizable all the way up to 200 total). If you need more, let's say you run a clinic with 1,000 beds for a Phase 1 study, we will provide that for an extra fee. Do you run 40 different facilities with 1,000 locations each? No problem. 200,000? No problem either, just to show you how flexible this application is.
