Track patients and their medical conditions throughout the hospital or clinic.
Main features:
- Get real-time updates from patients throughout your clinic or facility as far as their state is ("Awaiting Doctor", "With Nurse", "Awaiting Lab Results", "Staying Overnight", etc.)
- See where the patients are located at any time within the facility and rooms and beds they might have been assigned to.
- Get reports about time spent in any locations by subject, staff members or medical personnel.
- Get reports by time spent on every visit by case or visit number.

Best implementation:
The application will be very useful with a combination of at least one wall-mounted monitor display and an additional tablet or computer with a modern internet browser (Google Chrome is preferable). In an extreme case it is also run off a single IOS or Android phone, or any computer. On a large facility or with a large number of personnel, you might want to have more wall-mounted displays, so your personnel can look at what's going on without having to move to any specific location. If you have plenty of rooms, you might want to have a tablet mounted at the entrance of every area to make it easier to check subjects in and out of the locations by different staff members.
Required
- Fees: You will pay an initial, one-time setup fee ($7,000 for an average single-facility site with 400 locations or less). We will set up all your custom locations and create as many user accounts as you need. After that, you will only pay $15/month per device connected to the application (displays, computers, tablets and phones) for as long as you use the application (about $300 monthly on an average site with 20 devices) There won't be any additional charges or fees and no limits on the amount of subjects you can track or on the amount of time you can use the application.
- Devices: You will need at least one modern phone to run the application although a computer or tablet is recommended. Depending on your location size and layout, you will benefit from the use of extra equipment such as wall-mounted displays (you can find them in the $600 range). You can use $100 Android tablets (IOS is supported as well) and any computer that has a modern internet browser.
- Internet Access: You will need to have internet connectivity, unless you are running an internal server and database and your additional facilities, if any, are connected via MPLS, intranet, or similar technology.
- Seats: On a typical facility you might have a Reception area with 50 or more seats, some Admission, Exam, Lab, Surgery, Sleep or Post Rooms The simplest version of the application will can accommodate up to 400 locations of your liking. If you need more, let's say you run a clinic with 1,000 beds, we will provide that for an extra fee. 20,000? No problem. Do you run 40 different facilities with 1,000 locations each? No problem. 200,000? No problem either, just to show you how flexible this application is.
